Positie: In the role of Senior Business Controller Benelux, you are part of the BBP department and will be managing the reporting, financial forecasting and budgeting process, involved in cost control and responsible for cash flow forecasting, This is critical role in the organisation and thus strategic placed among several key senior stakeholders. Besides financial management, you will also have the responsibility to drive the team further forward, be a critical sparringpartner both inside and outside the department and will coach others on various subjects. Taken en Verantwoordelijkheden: - Provide high quality management reporting on regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly); - Business partner role in cost controlling for the Benelux departments - Improve cashmanagement bij various cash related projects - Review and adapt to provide best insights for the business; - Prepare analyses on monthly results; - To process all financial outcomes of the forecasting and budgeting process; - Implementing Best Practices in Finance; - Prepare adhoc analyses and data requests. Functievereisten: - Master degree, with a finance qualification - Preferably enrolled in or have finished an international post-academic qualifications (e.g.: RC/EFMC, CMA) - Minimum of 8 years (business) controlling experience (preferably within a FMCG business) - Strong SAP and Excel experience, HFM knowledge is preferred - Fluent Dutch and English, both spoken and written - Key competencies: flexible, commercially aware, strong communication skills, strong analytical skills, energetic, ambitious, team player and goal oriented.
