Treasury Manager  

Company profile:

The holding of a large listed  manufacturing company. Who has set-up a new role for a treasury manager who will focus on the complete treasury role with a focus on the cash management. Also there will be lots of different projects to work on. In the beginning this will be a stand-alone reporting to the treasury director in another country with the focus on the following tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.   Responsible for bank deposit management (time deposit planning, bank negotiations, settlement, paperwork preparation, monthly reporting, etc.).

2.   Dividend planning and execution (planning, communication with affiliates & proposal preparation, etc.)

3.   Finance arrangements such as group loans and equity investments

4.   Involvement in global cash management such as cash pooling structure, currency relocation, working capital management, etc.

5.   Potential involvement in accounting/audit issues and tax issues

 Required Skills:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

·      5+ years of increasing responsible treasury experience including experience with banking transactions, time deposits, foreign exchange transactions, cash management and general accounting desired

·      Qualified CPA preferred, Big 4 Experience Plus

·      Excellent English fluency required (read, write, speak)

·      Previous work experience with  multinational companies preferred
