We are looking for an experienced International HR
Manager to manage all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes and
who can lead an international integration process successfully. A venturous and
self-confident manager who gets things done and at the same time deals with a
variety of tasks in a highly dynamic environment. You love to mentor, counsel,
and coach an international team. You can create a positive and innovative
atmosphere which encourages people to commit themselves to the task at hand and
to give their best performance.

supervisor
You’ll be the head of the HR Department in your area
and will report directly to a member of the board.

Responsibilities
- Leading a diverse team of professionals to execute Human Resources programs
and processes;
- Successfully leading an international integration process;
- Developing organizational strategies by identifying and researching Human
Resources issues;
- Contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organizational
high-level thinking and direction;
- Establishing Human Resources objectives in line with organizational
objectives and implement change management plans;
- Implement Human Resources strategies including talent management,
employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and
development, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and
retention, appraisal cycles, and labor relations;
- Developing Human Resources operations financial strategies by estimating,
forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning
monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results;
- Supporting management by providing advice, counselling, and making
decisions by analyzing information and applications;
- Guiding the board
and managers by researching, developing, writing and updating policies,
procedures, methods, and guidelines; and by communicating and enforcing
organizational values.
Job requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as Human Resources Manager in an international
and high-paced environment;
- Experience in an international integration process, can easily identify
issues, concerns or bottlenecks and are able to provide guidance;
- Love to mentor, counsel, and coach an international team;
- The ability to apply Human Resources insights and identify critical needs
within the organization;
- Have excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English;
- International experience is a must (European focus is a minimum requirment);
- Overseeing the impact of decisions and are able to take (and communicate)
unpopular decisions;
- Are able to make a structured business plan and monitor execution;
- Have a friendly, positive, self-confident, results-oriented and assertive
attitude;
- Have the ability to gain acceptance of ideas/change and enthusiastic
commitment of others;
- Have the ability to create a culture of continuous improvement;
- Assert authority when necessary and always strive to achieve timescales and
deadlines in order to overcome problems;
- Should enjoy challenging situations and have the flexibility to work in an
unstructured environment where there is freedom to act and the authority to
take decisions;
- Have the ability
to show flexibility in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
