As Bank Reporting Analyst, you will participate in the reporting of various Liberty Global credit pools for external reporting purposes (10k and 10q). Furthermore you assist in preparing the offering memorandums from a financing perspective. On a regular basis you liaise with external auditors and their parent company. This is a highly demanding and proactive role requiring adherence to deadlines, high standards and attention to detail. You're not afraid to pioneer as this is a newly created position. You will need to demonstrate a versatile, adaptable and creative mindset. This is a highly visible position at the heart of the Accounting Department and offers lots of opportunities for career growth.

• Assist in the financial information reporting of various credit funding pools for their Form 10-K (annual financial statements) and Form 10-Q’s (quarterly reporting);

• Assist in the preparation and review of the press releases for the above; • Assist in restatements and carve outs of the financial statements as and when required;

• Assist in integration projects and offering memorandums from a financing perspective, and

• Preparation of financial statements for SPV’s (special purpose vehicles) in connection for financing projects (either USGAAP or IRFS basis).

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CPA; RA etc);

• Master degree in business, finance or accounting;

• At least 5 years of relevant experience and preference for certain amount of years within a consolidation and reporting group;

• Knowledge of USGAAP and/or IFRS;

• Able to perform complicated sub consolidations and solve complex financial issues;

• Professional scepticism and strong analytical skills required;

• Excellent Excel skills;

• Knowledge of HFM, our management information system;

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal;

• Willing to work with tight deadlines;

• Hands on mentality;
