General responsibilities:

• Direct managerial responsibility bookkeeping for the Shared Service Center
• Functional responsibility administrative staff BU’s
• Accurate and timely monthly closing and financial reporting in line with Group procedures
• Preparation of annual consolidation accounts in line with Group procedures
• Preparation of annual statutory accounts
• Continuous improvements of administrative processes
• HR responsibility with regards to direct reports (appraisals, salary proposals, training, motivation)
• Keep good contacts with Group financial/administrative staff
• Preparation Tax declarations (corporate tax)

 Specific assignments:

• Defined yearly as part of the annual appraisal process.

 Performance Appraisal Criteria:

• Shorten monthly closing cycle if requested by Group Accounting & Controlling Team
• Accurate and timely monthly closing and reporting
• Timely preparation of statutory accounts (within 4 months after year-end) and fiscal accounts (to meet deadline of CIT return of June)
• Timely upload of relevant documents in electronic Corporate Dataroom for legal entities within the scope of the SSC
• Further improve internal control systems
• Build and maintain a group of motivated and well-trained staf.
