Positie

Talent Acquisition Specialist EMEA Working on a variety of positions for IDEXX, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with the Global Talent Acquisition team, assigned managers, HR Business Partners and lines of business to source, interview, and select qualified candidates to fill positions within the organization. Recruit for a wide range of positions with varying levels of complexity, scope and compensation levels in the EMEA region. Partner with management to forecast and understand business needs, plan sourcing strategies to provide candidate pipelines and align resources to support recruiting needs. Build strong relationships with the various line and functional clients to ensure the ability to influence, guide and drive the recruiting process.

  • Manage recruiting process for a portfolio of requisitions of mid level individual contributors and managers. • Utilize the applicant tracking system (Taleo) to manage requisitions & candidates. • Discuss with manager the requirements of the position and candidate profile for an open position. Partner with other Talent Acquisition specialists, managers and HR Business Partners to create sourcing strategies for open positions. • Source candidates through direct search, (specialized) online job boards, networking events, employee referrals, and social networking tools. • Develop and manage talent pools for critical talent function groups and manage these projects/pools in Linkedin recruiter. • Screen and/or interview applicants and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers. Conduct candidate due diligence early in the selection process to ensure and validate technical qualifications and skills are validated.

Functievereisten

  • BA/BS degree in business, communications, human resources or related discipline or combination of post high school education and equivalent work experience. • 5 - 7 years experience in an international recruiting role within a corporate and/or agency environment. Background in executive search is a plus. Experience using state of the art talent applicant system and social networking tools. • Strong oral and written communication skills (interviewing, presentations and correspondence and negotiation and influencing skills) • Demonstrated assessment skills ((understand and assess candidate skills and abilities) • Efficient at managing competing demands including prioritization, responsiveness and keeping others informed • Strong PC skills (Microsoft Suite) • Hands on experience with talent applicant tracking tool • Internet and social media savvy and experience in mining online databases
