Positie
The Leadership Development Specialist is responsible for planning, organizing and implementing leadership development and learning programs within the International business. The position will work with various international stakeholders to determine leadership development and learning needs and deliver solutions that improve leadership capability and performance. This position will be accountable for delivering ongoing support and measuring the effectiveness of assigned developmental programs

Functievereisten
Education: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. • Advanced degree in Organizational Behaviour, Psychology or a related field desired. • Certification to administer psychometric assessments (BPS or equivalent) desired. • Certification in one or more industry leading developmental methodologies (e.g. PDI, Lominger, DDI) strongly desired. Experience: • Works on most complex leadership development assignments. • Strong consultative component with Managers and Sr. Managers in carrying out work. • Manages development programs unassisted, combining content, project management, design and implementation (program examples include 1st Time Supervisor/Leader, Coaching, Just-in-Time Learning, MyVoice Facilitation, etc.). • Handles projects of more ambiguous nature requiring more original thinking and initiative. • Triages requests independently. • Typically 5-7+ years’ experience.
