From Nike Owned Stores (NOS) perspective, you will be the main financial sparring partner of the CEE Sales Director in EHQ, to bring insights in NOS performance across the Geo against current year plans from retail and wholesale perspective and developing targets for the next fiscal year. You are also responsible to support the CEE NOS Director in the financial evaluation of partners deals and strategic decisions, being also the finance EHQ point of contact for NOS Global and local NOS/finance teams. As Senior Finance Analyst in MPT, you will play a key role in providing financial insights for the geography of Central Eastern Europe (CEE). You are the main analytical resource to the wider MPT teams on the drivers of execution profitability and also the responsible to monitor the MPT budget for CEE. You:  Ensure executing against current year plans and providing regular updates to Finance and MPT teams in EHQ on: progress against budgets, risks and opportunities in the portfolio and action plans to optimize results.  Focus on the development of strategic plans, the financial evaluation of new investments and the post-implementation reviews of existing MPT executions.  Foster a high integration of the MPT plans within the financial planning processes (CSR, MBR and budget), focusing not only on the investment budget but also on the revenue uplifts linked to these investments - being also the finance EHQ point of contact for local MPT teams. What you should bring A Bachelor/Master Degree, post Graduate degree CMA/CPA/RA/RC strongly preferred A minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience, in an international environment and preferably in the retail industry. Excellent communication and influencing skills Outstanding Stakeholder management skills Fluent English required SAP knowledge strongly preferred.
