A team who wants to do this together. The Compensation & Benefits Specialist EMEA is part of the International HR team. The focus of this role is to analyze, create, develop and implement Compensation & Benefits programs to create a challenging and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities
Candidate profile
You are the ideal candidate for us if you have a degree in International Business / Human Resources / Finance Management or similar education and at least 8 years of experience in an international environment. You have relevant working experience in Compensation & Benefits roles, consultancy and/or a strong financial background. You are for example now working as a team member and you are ready for that next step, your own responsibility. And in the future build your own team.
Your English language skills, both verbal and written, are excellent and knowledge of other European languages (Dutch, French and Spanish) are a distinct advantage. You are a natural teamplayer with good interpersonal skills that fit our values. Working at different levels from strategic to operational is your strength, and you are able to work high independently within a strategic framework. You have a proven track record in project management with eye for detail and strong planning, convincing and implementation skills. Building long term solid relationships with (internal & external) customers is one of your strengths. Other key-words: flexible, analytical, pro-active, eager to deep-dive into processes and procedures, self-supportive and service oriented with excellent communication skills. You are keen to keep your knowledge up to date. For this role, you are willing to travel within Europe and US (10%). The location for this role can be in one of our EMEA offices.

The annual salary is 85.000 euro’s maximum all in.
