Your tasks will amongst others be: - Leading the analysis from a technical accounting perspective in complex transactions under US GAAP - Safeguarding the proper processing of statutory filings - Developing and maintaining the Accounting & Reporting Framework - SOx Controls - Drive the standardization, harmonization and improvement projects for Accounting & Reporting - Analyse and advise local Finance Directors in matters of US GAAP to Statutory Reporting - Focal point and critically thinking partner to external auditor

We're looking for: - CPA or RA (Registered Accountant) - Solid background within a large Accounting firm - Knowledge of US GAAP and/or SEC reporting - Strong business acumen - Influencing skills - Prior experience wihin complex and fast paced enviroments
