As the senior Business Analyst you will be based in the Amsterdam region and you will report directly to the Director of the entity.
Responsibilities and Main Tasks
- Ensure project management documentation, reports & plans are relevant, accurate and complete
- Prepare & coordinate EU Board Meetings
- Design & coordinate KPI’s for the Transformation project implementation providing a real-time and prioritized view of all sub projects
- Provides assistance to maintain and update the project management framework and disciplines necessary to support the PMO Managers and their local resources
- Develops positive relationships with the teams & provides support including facilitation, tracking and reporting on projects, and training
- Assists in managing resource allocation, including adjustments based on changing scope or technical opportunities and challenges
- Train local teams and organize business reviews with local manufacturers
- Interface with the BI and controlling teams to analyze & identify trends
Functional Requirements
- University degree, nice to have, a master in Corporate Finance
- Seasoned in project management, preferably within the FMCG, BIG 4 and or Consulting firms
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven PMO / Project Analyst and or Coordinator experience
- Communicates effective and adapts easy in a multicultural environment
- Able to influence and steer internal stakeholders within a fast-paced business environment
- Great in problem solving and decision making
- Excellent presentation skills and comfortable presenting to large groups
- Able to build strong relationships in a short period of time
