    We’re looking for a Industrial Controller (team Finance & Controlling)

    Responsabilities

    • Organise, plan and control costs and inventories with a primary focus on preserving the integrity and the interests of the company
    • Responsible for all aspects of financial planning and control, including the proper and accurate preparation of the financial statements of the Italian value chain subisdiaries
    • Participate actively and assists the local management in the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts (sales projection, resources, costs, expenses, profitability, ROI, Investments)
    • Pro-actively controls to anticipate financials impacts on the profitability of business
    • Manage a team of 1-2 controllers and ensure their professional development and career path
    Skills
    • Degree in business administration or equal qualification
    • 5 years of experience in Controlling and Finance in a multinational surrounding. Strong intercultural & communication skills.
