FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (INCLUDES ACCOUNTING) - AMSTERDAM

Our client is a leading Private Equity company. For their growing organization we are looking for a;

Financial Controller (includes Accounting) / Amsterdam

• University degree from reputable universities
• Master degree will be a big plus
• More than 4 years of financial control or accounting experience a multinational organisation
• Big4 audit background is an asset
• Starting to CPA process is a big plus
• Excellent command of English is a must, verbal and written
• Experienced in database & ERP programmes
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures
• Strong MS Office tools knowledge
• Strong in analytical thinking with creative perspective
• Hardworking profile with strong organization, communication and time management skills
• Able to live and work in Amsterdam / Holland

Job Description

• Reporting to CFO in Amsterdam
• Preparation of financial statements, budget and management reports
• Preparation of quarterly reports and annual accounts
• Cash management
• Preparation of corporate income tax returns in collaboration with tax advisors
• Preparation of investment reports, feasibility studies and other related requests
• Preparation of Fund Financial Reports including Fund Performance
• Following general advisor budgets
• Controlling of valuations
• Ad hoc projects/tasks/ Investor Queries
