DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER, SALES & MARKETING

Our client is a local producer of packaging products with a high presence in international markets. Due to their organization, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Director.

Our ideal candidate is expected to have following skills;

·       University degree in BA, BS and relevant departments.

·       15+ years of experience in FMCG sector.

·       Experience and having a client portfolio in B2B  sales in food retail, cosmetiscs and industrial,

·       Sales experience in both export and domestic market,

·       5+ years of experience in leading large scale of sales & marketing teams,

·       Excellent communication skills. Fluent in written and spoken English

·       Down to earth profile and a high degree of cooperation.

·       Strong leadership skills.

·       Ability to work under pressure, resilience.

·       Dynamic and result-oriented

Our successful candidate will be responsible from;

·       Managing all of the local and international B2B sales and marketing operations

·       Establishing and developing sales and marketing strategies.

·       Manage and develop sales in Europe, America , Middle East region.

·       Propose an annual plan to GM , ensuring the timeframe and scheduling is realistic and giving the sales, production and logistic teams enough time to properly sell and prepare for the new demands.

·       Managing B2B marketing activiteis such as international and local fair organizations.

·       Achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to pre-set KPI’s.

·       Ensure that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets, pre-agreed deliverables.

·       Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.

·       Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.

·       Meet with key clients and negotiate and close deals

·       Manage all employees of the department and be responsible for their performance management.

·       Review and analyses sales performances against activity to determine effectiveness

·       Ability to travel internationally
