Sandmo holds a bachelor's degree in management, innovation and marketing. In addition, she has completed the "Norwegian School of Entrepreneurship" at UC Berkely / University of Oslo, as well as master's courses in change management and management of public organizations at the University of Agder.
After completing her bachelor's degree, she started a technology company in San Francisco, where she was responsible for recruiting the team and internal processes, as well as marketing and communications.
In 2017, Sandmo was a finalist in the competition "CEO One Month" held by the Adecco Group. This led to her joining Badenoch + Clark as a recruitment consultant.
She works mainly with positions in IT, digital communication, design, sales and procurement.
From June 2019, she also holds the temporary position as Bid Manager.
