On 4th February 2016, Annie Burton, Executive Consultant at Badenoch & Clark, was elected Secretary of a new Luxembourg association - Federation Recruitment Search & Selection (FR2S).
The initiative was launched 18 months ago by a group of industry professionals who felt the need to have more regulations around permanent recruitment business. It seemed natural for them to reach out to the FEDIL and consider working groups in partnership with the FEDIL Employment Services (FES), who are dedicated to the interim recruitment business.
This is a real recruitment platform where professionals can meet, exchange ideas and work together. FR2S wants to bring together their members and discuss their concerns in order to provide practical and tailored solutions with FEDIL. The federation will also be active at the political level and represent the interests of the Luxembourg recruitment professionals with the Chamber of Commerce and Government.
