We are hiring for a leadership role for the Nordic Zone, helping to manage a zone (760m Euro of business) including 3 countries, around 1000 internal employees and 13000 associates. The role will be a key player in our next strategic period (2021-23) and onwards. The mission of the Transformation Program Manager position is to drive transformation projects from conception through realization in order to improve and enhance our digital agility and business results. It is a senior role responsible for transformation projects within the Finance domain in Norway, Sweden and Finland across all our Adecco Group brands. As a member of the functional leadership teams of both Finance and Transformation, this role will ensure the countries are focused on the most strategic priorities with maximum efficiency and impact. The role will create new opportunities and pathways to growth by optimizing The Adecco Group’s resources and keeping an eye on future strategic transformation projects for the Nordics.
The position reports dual-line to Nordic Head of Finance and Nordic Head of Transformation (dotted) and can be located in Oslo, Stockholm or Helsinki.
