This is a newly created position as the company is growing and building a talented and passionate Group HR Team! This project is considered to be of high priority for our HR organization and the success of its implementation is a critical factor to our Company´s future successful growth. Your responsibilities include:

  • Implementation and management of selected HR System across countries - this will include managing test and data mapping
  • Ensure services are in compliance with professional standards, and regulatory requirements related to recordkeeping and reporting
  • Support the selection and lead the implementation or modification of HRIS and other technical HR solutions.
  • Establish project management processes and methodologies to ensure assigned projects meet high quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Measures and monitors progress to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed expectations.
  • Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure project documentation and requirements are captured, signed-off and delivered solution meets stated requirements.
  • Monitor budget and utilize operational resources
  • Provide clear and concise status updates and reports to various levels of the organization.
  • Design and provide information about related business processes
  • Manage maintenance and accuracy of employee data, for reporting and distribution
  • Drive issues to resolution and escalate unresolved issues to the leadership team in a timely manner. Develops options and recommendations to drive critical decisions.
  • Responsible for managing indirect staff.
Experience and competencies required:

  • You have minimum a Bachelor´s degree in relevant field
  • 7-10 years of work experience, with several years of project management experience in technology system management and implementation
  • Experience with top-tier HR platforms required
  • Global HR system implementation experience strongly preferred
  • Experience liaising with internal stakeholders ideally as part of a global team, ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team, proven ability to lead through influence, and experience facilitating decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong prioritization skills.
  • Previous experience working in an HR department, good understanding of HR matters
  • Experience in an international company, ideally with a start-up-like environment
  • Fluent in English

Location: Either Malmö, Sweden or Madrid, Spain. You will be reporting to HR Strategy Director who are located in Madrid.
