Rolv Brudal has 19 years´ experience in recruitment, and has worked across a wide range of sectors and types of roles including senior management, management and specialist positions. He has recruited successfully to a broad range of positions within fintech, the public sector, telecommunications, finance, media, property, technology, together with a succession of one-off instructions aimed at smaller niches in the market. Through this varied experience, Rolv has developed a breadth of competence, flexibility and insight that his customers value very highly.

In addition, Rolv is capable in the area of building up a team, and has strong references relating to this type of work. He also has a good understanding of recruitment to multicultural environments, particularly fintech and IT.
