Kristian Bekkevold Lillebo holds a master's degree in leadership and organizational psychology from BI Norwegian Business School. Alongside his master's degree, he has completed Economics in the MBA at Edinburgh Business School and Corporate Economics at Kristiania University College.
Kristian is sertified in ability- and personality tests from Cut-e, Assessio and ProfilesXT International.
Lillebo were, in competition with 10 000 candidates, a finalist in "Adecco Group CEO 2018". Based on the participation he began working in Badenoch + Clark, where he has gained exparienced in recruiting towards positions within IT, sales, HR, law, banking/finance and logistics besides his master's.
